I guess this is where things get more “Freerun” than Parkour. I generally try to stick with the concept of “Traverse your environment from Point A to Point B as efficiently, fluidly, and safely as possible” so I don’t think you’re likely to see me doing break-dancing headspins on an incline, but this stuff sure is impressive in terms of physical control.
